Privacy Policy

1. Who we are

This Privacy Policy explains how Guangdong Zhonghuilvjian Moving House Technology Co., Ltd. (trading as CGCH, “we”, “us”, “our”) collects and processes personal data when you visit our marketing landing pages and submit an inquiry.

2. Scope of this policy

This policy applies to landing pages operated by CGCH under ldp.cgchcontainer.com and related marketing URLs. It does not cover our corporate website at cgchcontainer.com or any third-party platform on which we advertise, which may have separate policies.

3. What we collect

3.1 Information you give us

When you submit our inquiry form, you provide the following:

• Full name
• Work email address
• Phone / WhatsApp number
• Project type (selected from a fixed list)
• Brief project description (optional free-text, up to 2,000 characters)

3.2 Information collected automatically

When you interact with our landing pages, we also collect technical and behavioural data:

• Device and browser: user-agent string, screen resolution, browser language.
• Network and location: IP address and network operator (ASN), from which we derive country, region, city, and timezone.
• Session activity: page dwell time, scroll depth, button clicks, referring URL, and the landing URL (including any campaign parameters such as utm_source, utm_campaign, or gclid).

3.3 Cookies and similar technologies

We use first-party browser storage and third-party cookies to operate the page and measure ad performance. Specifically:

You can block or delete cookies via your browser settings. Doing so may break page features that rely on bot protection or attribution.

4. How we use your data

• Respond to your inquiry — reply by email or WhatsApp, prepare quotes, schedule calls, and follow up on the project you described.
• Prevent fraud and abuse — detect and block automated or malicious form submissions.
• Measure and optimise advertising — understand which campaigns, ads, and keywords drive qualified inquiries, and improve our targeting.
• Improve our landing pages — understand which sections buyers read and which calls-to-action perform.
• Comply with law — respond to valid legal requests and keep records required by applicable tax and commercial law.

5. Lawful basis

Where a legal basis is required (for example, under the EU / UK GDPR or the PRC Personal Information Protection Law), we rely on the following:

• Performance of a contract or steps prior to a contract — when you submit an inquiry so we can prepare a quote.
• Legitimate interests — fraud prevention, ad-performance measurement, and product improvement, balanced against your rights.
• Consent — for non-essential analytics and advertising cookies, where required by law in your jurisdiction.
• Legal obligation — where retention or disclosure is required by applicable law.

6. Who we share data with

We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with service providers who process it on our behalf under contract, and with authorities when legally required.

6.1 Service providers we rely on

• Cloudflare, Inc. — hosting (Pages), application runtime (Workers), database (D1), DNS, WAF, and bot protection (Turnstile). Data processed on Cloudflare’s global edge network.
• Google LLC — Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics 4, Google Ads conversion tracking, and (where enabled) reCAPTCHA v3.
• Resend, Inc. — transactional email delivery (sales notifications and customer auto-replies).

6.2 Disclosures required by law

We may disclose personal data to a regulator, law-enforcement agency, or court when required by a valid order under applicable law, or when necessary to protect our legal rights.

7. International data transfers

CGCH is based in China; several service providers listed above (notably Cloudflare, Google, and Resend) operate globally and may process data in the United States, the European Union, Singapore, Hong Kong, or other locations. By submitting the inquiry form, you acknowledge that your data may be transferred across borders, subject to appropriate safeguards imposed on each provider by contract.

8. How long we keep your data

• Inquiry records — kept for up to 24 months from the date of submission, after which they are anonymised (personal identifiers removed) and retained only in aggregate for reporting.
• Attribution record — stored in your browser’s localStorage for 90 days, then discarded automatically.
• Analytics data — kept by Google for the retention period configured in our GA4 property (currently 14 months by default).
• Email delivery logs — kept by Resend per their retention policy, typically measured in months.

We may retain specific records longer where necessary to comply with tax, accounting, or other legal obligations.

9. How we protect your data

• All communication with our landing pages is encrypted in transit using TLS.
• Inquiry data is stored in an access-controlled Cloudflare D1 database; admin access is restricted to authenticated CGCH personnel.
• Bot-prevention layers (Turnstile or reCAPTCHA v3) reduce automated abuse of the form.
• Production credentials are stored as encrypted secrets and are not exposed in our source code.

No system is perfectly secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security and recommend you do not send sensitive information (passwords, bank details, ID numbers) through the inquiry form.

10. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you.
• Correct inaccurate or incomplete data.
• Request deletion of your data.
• Object to, or restrict, certain processing.
• Withdraw consent for processing based on consent.
• Port your data to another provider, where technically feasible.
• Lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority in your country.

To exercise any of these rights, email inquiry@cgchcontainer.com from the address you originally used, or include enough detail for us to verify your identity. We respond within 30 days where required by applicable law.

11. Children’s privacy

Our landing pages and products are directed at business buyers and are not intended for children under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has submitted data, contact us and we will delete it promptly.

12. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the effective date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, notify you by email or in-page banner. Your continued use of our landing pages after such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
