Terms of Use

1. Agreement to these terms

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the marketing landing pages operated by Guangdong Zhonghuilvjian Moving House Technology Co., Ltd. (trading as CGCH, “we”, “us”, “our”), including ldp.cgchcontainer.com and any related URLs we operate (together, the “Site”).

By accessing the Site or submitting an inquiry, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

2. Who may use the Site

The Site is intended for business buyers, procurement professionals, contractors, integrators, and other commercial users. By using it you confirm that:

• You are at least 18 years old.
• You are acting on behalf of a business or on your own business account.
• You have authority to submit inquiries to CGCH on behalf of that business.

3. What the Site is — and is not

The Site is a lead-capture channel through which prospective buyers can learn about our container houses, flat-pack houses, folding units, and expandable homes, and request a quote. It is not an online shop, an e-commerce platform, or a contract-signing service.

4. Your inquiry submission

• You agree to provide accurate and truthful information on the inquiry form. False, misleading, or incomplete information may cause us to decline the inquiry.
• You may submit inquiries only on your own behalf or on behalf of a company you represent with authority.
• By submitting the form, you consent to being contacted by CGCH (by email, phone, or WhatsApp) regarding your inquiry and related products and services.
• You may opt out of follow-up communications at any time by replying to any message or contacting inquiry@cgchcontainer.com.

5. Permitted use

You may browse the Site and submit legitimate business inquiries. You may not:

• Use automated systems, bots, scrapers, or other software to access the Site or submit the inquiry form.
• Attempt to bypass our bot-prevention layer (Cloudflare Turnstile or Google reCAPTCHA v3), rate limits, or other technical controls.
• Submit content that is unlawful, defamatory, threatening, obscene, or that infringes a third-party’s rights (including intellectual-property rights).
• Upload or transmit viruses, malware, or any malicious code through the Site.
• Probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the Site or any related infrastructure without our prior written permission.
• Reproduce, copy, frame, or republish any substantial portion of the Site for commercial purposes without prior written permission.
• Use the Site in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations in your jurisdiction or in China.

6. Intellectual property

All content on the Site — including text, layouts, designs, graphics, photographs, videos, trademarks, logos, product drawings, case studies, and source code — is owned by CGCH or used under licence, and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.

“CGCH” and the CGCH logo are trademarks of Guangdong Zhonghuilvjian Moving House Technology Co., Ltd. Third-party names appearing on the Site (for example, FIFA, Beijing 2022 Olympics, Huawei, Starbucks, TATA, AL YAMAMA, AFAD) are trademarks of their respective owners and are used here solely to describe past project relationships; their appearance does not imply current endorsement.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and view the Site for the purpose of evaluating CGCH’s products for a potential business transaction. All other rights are reserved.

7. Product photography and visualisations

Product photographs, renders, case-study images, and architectural visualisations on the Site are representative. Finishes, dimensions, colours, and site conditions in a real delivered project may vary. Rely on the specification sheet issued with your written quotation, not on images shown here.

8. Third-party services and links

The Site relies on third-party services (including Cloudflare, Google, and Resend) to operate. It may also contain links to external sites, such as our corporate site at cgchcontainer.com, third-party registries for certifications, or WhatsApp. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or availability of external sites, and linking to them does not constitute an endorsement.

9. Disclaimer of warranties

The Site and its content are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and accuracy.

Without limiting the above, we do not warrant that:

• The Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or harmful components.
• All content, figures, and claims are complete, accurate, or current at every moment; we correct errors when we become aware of them.
• Any response you send through the form will be received, reviewed, or acted on within a specific time frame.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, CGCH and its affiliates, directors, officers, employees, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, goodwill, data, or business opportunities, arising out of or in connection with your use of (or inability to use) the Site.

Our total aggregate liability for all claims arising out of or related to the Site is limited to the amount you have paid us for the use of the Site in the twelve months preceding the claim, which will typically be zero given the Site is free to access.

This limitation does not apply to liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable mandatory law.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold CGCH and its affiliates harmless from any claim, loss, liability, or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising from (a) your breach of these Terms, (b) your misuse of the Site, or (c) your infringement of any third-party right.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Site at any time, with or without notice, if we believe you have breached these Terms or if we are required to do so by law. You may stop using the Site at any time.

13. Governing law and dispute resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of China, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles.

Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, including any question as to their existence, validity, or termination, shall first be addressed through good-faith negotiation. If the dispute cannot be resolved within sixty (60) days, it shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Guangzhou Intermediate People’s Court, Guangdong Province, China.

Nothing in this section prevents either party from seeking urgent injunctive or equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction.

14. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the effective date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, notify users. Your continued use of the Site after the updated Terms take effect constitutes acceptance of the changes.

15. Miscellaneous

• Entire agreement. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, form the entire agreement between you and CGCH regarding the Site, and supersede any prior agreement on the same subject.
• Severability. If any provision is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force.
• No waiver. Our failure to enforce any right under these Terms is not a waiver of that right.
• Assignment. You may not assign these Terms without our prior written consent. We may assign them in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.
